This year, the crews' song challenge revealed many hidden talents among the crews. The idea has been floated to launch a competition for the creation of the "Chanson de la Route 2013".
TARGET
The score, lyrics and soundtrack of the selected song will be published on this site in July 1012. The goal is that they will be available to all crews participating in la Route 2013, so that they can learn to play the song in time for the start of the event.
COMPETITION RULES
Participation
The competition is open to everyone. Those wishing to compete must comply with the present competition rules.
Date of delivery of the song
The songs entered for the competition must be submitted to the jury before the end of December 2012.
Date of publication of result
Date of publication of the result is the end of March 2013.
Composition of the jury
The jury will be composed of members of the board of the association "Fête du Vent et de la Mer", who will not be eligible to compete.
Selection criteria for the song
The proposed song should:
1) have a lively rhythms,
2) have a chorus and at least five verses,
3) be accompanied by the score.
Acceptable files formats are as follows
The files to be submitted are the following :
1) text of the song as a file "*. txt " or " *. doc "
2) soundtrack file type " *. mp3 "
3) score of the song in the form of image file "*. jpg" or "*.pdf.
Method of submitting files
The files should be submitted:
- on a CD sent to : Association Fête du Vent et de la Mer - B.P. 20 - 29780 PLOUHINEC - France,
- or as attachments to the e-mail address : contact@routeamitie.fr.
Miscellaneous
1) The copyright of the song will be assigned to the association "Fête du Vent et de la Mer".
2) The person whose song has been selected will receive the trophy for Song of la Route de l'Amitié 2013.
